Pendampingan Hafalan Surat Pendek dan Artinya melalui Metode Kauny Quantum Memory di TPA Al-Munawwarah

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve students’ ability to memorize short Qur’anic chapters and understand their meanings through the implementation of the Kauny Quantum Memory Method at TPA Al-Munawwarah, Aneuk Galong Baro Village, Sukamakmur District, Aceh Besar Regency. The main problem identified was that most students were able to memorize the verses but had difficulty understanding their meanings, while the lack of varied learning methods reduced their learning interest. The program was conducted using a participatory mentoring approach consisting of observation, coordination, demonstration, guided practice, and evaluation stages. The Kauny Quantum Memory Method was implemented by integrating hand movements, verse visualization, simple storytelling, and repetitive memorization activities to facilitate students’ understanding of Surah Al-Ikhlas in an enjoyable and meaningful way. The results showed an increase in students’ enthusiasm, participation, and ability to understand the meanings of the verses they memorized. Furthermore, the learning process became more interactive, creative, and engaging. The program also provided valuable experience for teachers in applying innovative Qur’anic learning methods. Therefore, the Kauny Quantum Memory Method can serve as an effective alternative for supporting the memorization and comprehension of short Qur’anic chapters among students in Qur’anic learning centers.
